Bio-Park Day 2

Today the girls and I went to Nagasaki Bio-Park we have season passes there. We had gone before with the Barnes Family but it had rained so we didn't get to see everything. This park is very hands on as you will see in the pictures the girls loved every minute of it. Each animal has it's own food you can feed them they have vending machines with food at each section and you can get them for 100 yen. I probably spent 1000 yen on food today for the animals but watching the girls feed them was so worth it. We got to the park at about 930 this morning and we found out that we could feed the larger animals at different times throughout the day, this only happens on Sundays and Holidays so we got to feed the Hippos. We left the park at about 1230 so we spent a good bit of time at the park this morning. Bio-Park is over 300,000 square meters. There saying is "looking over the fence is not fun. Touch, feel, and you'll learn a lot.
We ate here they served old fashioned American Burgers we just got nuggets and fries it was really good. This was Saikai Burger.
After we went through the Park we stopped for lunch

Kayleigh being Kayleigh I guess she is at that stage when you say cheese you never know what she will do.

Kayleigh got to feed the Hippo it was feeding time and if you paid 100 yen they gave you food so Kayleigh and Autum both feed the hippo Kayleigh kept wanting to take little pieces off and feed him she didn't understand he could eat the whole thing at once.

This is Autum helping Kayleigh with the food for the Hippo

Amber with the Monkeys they went back through this was their 2nd time going through the 1st time I think they were caught off guard with the monkeys actually trying to get on them. There were no zoo keepers in this area the monkeys could get on you at any moment.

Autum with the Mama Monkey and the Baby Monkey

When you go in to see the Monkeys they are waiting on you they jumped on Autum and the Stroller this was after Kayleigh and I ran through it yes i left Autum lol they followed her all the way through.

I think i created a monster with Kayleigh she posing automatically now and makes faces especially with her tongue when she doesn't want to cooperate

The girls posing for a quick picture

Amber being a great big sister and helping Kayleigh feed the animals they were really hungry

Kayleigh on her way to feed the Raccoons I love this picture you can tell in her face she is very excited.

They got up close and personal with Autum she loved it though after each section there were places to wash your hands the girls did a great job of keeping up with that especially Kayleigh she loves to be clean she kept saying "icky mommy icky"

Amber holding Kayleigh and feeding the animals

Kayleigh was scared of the animal can't remember the name but they were friendly she just didn't like them :)

I love this picture of the girls this was in front of the Rhino exhibit

Kayleigh is using the Slingshot to get food to the coatimundi (coati)

The girls using the slingshots to get food to the Monkeys, Autum was being a great big sister and helping Kayleigh

Here Amber is feeding the Flamingos it amazes me that they eat right out of their hands.

Here Autum is taking a turn she had sat at another spot for a couple of minutes and they wouldn't come up to her so she thought she would feed the same one Amber had been feeding.
